Brains, Body, Bones Juice


What’s good for the brain, what’s good for the body, what’s good for the bones? Well today, I’m about to show you what you can put into your body every single day to be able to strengthen your body, strengthen your brain, and strengthen your bones. Why don’t you come with me to find out.

Today I’m gonna show you how to make the ultimate brain, body and bones juice. This is our green concoction we’ve made up. The brain, if you look at a broccoli. Broccoli looks like a brain. So pretty obvious that it’s really great for the brain. Broccoli in juice is a really dominant flavour, so apparently the rule on the street is that if you think you’re using enough broccoli, still cut it in half. We’re gonna be using just a little bit of broccoli today.

We’re gonna be using some lime to give it a bit of a taste at the end. We’ve got some cucumber to really aqualize the body, but also create a lot of juice for us. We’ve got celery which is great for the bones. If you look at celery, we’ve got a few different ones here. It actually looks like bones. So you’ve got bones hanging off it, so it’s really great for the bones when you look at it that way. We’ve also got a pear and an apple as well. Today we’re in our Optimum 700 Cold Press Juicer.

We’re gonna pop them all in and mix it all around. We’re gonna start to strengthen our brain, body and bones. Mmm, beautiful green juice, good for the brain, good for the body, and deliciously tasty as well. Often we have daily green juices and I think it’s one of the best things that you can start your morning with. This one, you can’t even taste the broccoli and that’s why I said use a really small amount, but you can definitely taste the goodness going into the body.

If you want to strengthen your body, and you wanna really help your bones, and who doesn’t want to strengthen the brain every day? It’s a really great juice, tastes delicious. Feel free to mix and match, add a little bit of things to taste, however your taste buds feel but it is a really great juice, so why don’t you start your day with some brain, body and bones.
