So we can absolutely have longevity and health for the rest of our lives. Today I’m gonna to show you how to love your guts through our Love Your

Today I’m gonna to show you how to love your guts through our Love Your Gutz! juice.

Today’s juice is called Love Your Gutz! And pun is definitely intended. Today is all about the gut. And what better trick than to add to some beautiful ingredients from a juice than to add a little bit of apple cider vinegar.

Now for those you who don’t know, adding a little bit of apple cider vinegar to your water every morning is a great way to help your digestive system. Apple cider vinegar is one of the best healing tonics that you can keep in your cupboard.

Now what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna put together some beautiful fruits, into a juice so we’ve got some cucumber, which is really alkalizing, 90% water. We got our vitamin C intake from our orange and strawberries. And we’ve got our apple which we all know is good for everything.

And what all this does, put together is gonna boost our immune system as well. So we’ve got immune system, we’ve got vitamin C intake, and we’re gonna love your guts by adding in a little bit, and I mean a little bit of apple cider vinegar at the end.

So, without further ado, let’s see what this turns out like. Alright, so the time has come to adding our apple cider vinegar. We wanna make sure it’s just a tad, because it is a really strong, vinegar taste. Apple cider vinegar holds a lot of fungal, bacterial, an viral properties in it. So it is really great for killing things that’s going on in your body.

So, I’m probably gonna add, about that much, just a little spoonful. Mix it on in there. Mmm, and even that much it doesn’t take away from the beautiful juices but, it gives it a little bit of a taste in there. This is an awesome juice, I highly recommend it, I love strawberries and it really brings out the flavour in this one. Mmm. So if you wanna take care of your gut health and take care of your health overall, then let’s start looking after it. Love your guts!
